Launchip Wins First Prize at the "Innovation in Shanghai" International Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition
To further identify and cultivate breakthrough technology startups and support Shanghai's ambition to become the world's preferred destination for technology-driven entrepreneurship, the 2025 "Innovation in Shanghai" International Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition Grand Final was successfully held from November 12 to 14 at the Caohejing Conference Center.
Guided by the competition organizing committee and hosted by the Shanghai Technology Innovation Center, the event attracted significant attention from the global innovation community. Since the launch of global recruitment in May, a total of 7,380 projects entered the competition. After multiple rounds of evaluation and selection, 50 outstanding projects advanced to the final stage, competing for the competition's top honors.
The finalists represented a broad range of strategic industries, including next-generation information technology, biopharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, and new materials, demonstrating the competition's strong role in fostering innovation-driven economic growth.
